SHIPPING POLICY

• UNITED STATES
We ship USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail as much as possible. It is our preferred method of shipping. 
• APO/FPO
We happily ship to our service members and their families overseas. (Thank you for your service!)
• INTERNATIONAL
Yes! We ship international!! Please note that we are not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees associated with international shipping. These costs are your responsibility. 
• SHIPPING COSTS
Due to the nature of handmade items, our products can vary in size and weight, therefore shipping costs are figured individually. (ie. What box can we fit it in) This can create some shipping overages. However, we will always pack your items in the most reasonable and least expensive way possible. Unused shipping fees/overages charged will be refunded.*

Please note that while USPS Priority Mail is a service that provides tracking information, it can still have errors. Also please be aware of delivery in your area, and if need be ship your order to a business address or friend/family memeber that will be home to accept the package. Should any tracking/delivery issues arise we will work with you and on your behalf with the USPS to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.** If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact me and we can make arrangements for your shipment to require a signature upon delivery. This may require an additional fee.   

*Shipping fee/overages will be refunded via paypal back to whatever method was used during checkout. Charges & refunds will show up as crescentmoonkreation.

**Packages marked delivered by USPS but claimed missing are not eligiable for refund/replacement. These are also unclaimable for insurance with the USPS.

 

 RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Since we make personal use/care items we generally do not accept returns/exchanges. However we do understand things happen, therefore returns and exchanges are done on a case to case basis. Please contact me for any questions or claims.
